Standard Orders: Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our farm.
Same-Day Delivery: Because we prioritize these orders for immediate selection and transit, cancellations are not possible for the Same-Day Delivery category.
Seasonal Offers: Cancellations are not entertained for limited-edition products obtained for special occasions (such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.), as these are prepared specifically for holiday demand.

Quality & Replacement Guarantee Since plants are living products, we do not accept general returns. However, we stand behind the health of every plant we grow:

Damage Protection: In the highly unlikely event of transit damage, please report it to our team within 24 hours of receipt with a photo. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Farm-Fresh Standard: We ensure that the plant delivered is the same healthy, high-quality specimen shown on our website. As plants are natural products, minor variations in leaf count or shape are a sign of their unique beauty and are not considered defects.
