Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 days.
7-Day Service: We operate all 7 days of the week to ensure prompt delivery across the city.
Processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following day.
Same-Day Delivery: For urgent requests, customers may contact us at 08970715515 to check for feasibility.
Requested Timings: While we strive to meet specific time slots, these are indicative and subject to operational feasibility and traffic conditions.

Local Care & Delivery Coordination

Safe Handling: We utilize specialized local delivery services tailored for Bangalore. We avoid traditional courier networks; our plants are hand-delivered by specialists to ensure they remain upright and healthy.

Pre-Delivery Check: Our team coordinates with customers before dispatch. We contact the customer/recipient to confirm availability and ensure a smooth handover.

Damage & Replacement Guarantee

While the chance of transit damage is near zero due to our farm-to-home process, we stand by the quality of our plants:

Free Replacement: In the highly unlikely event that a plant arrives with structural damage, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
24-Hour Reporting: To qualify for a replacement, please share a photo of the damaged plant via WhatsApp at 08970715515 or email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Scope: This guarantee covers transit-related damage. Since plants are living products, minor natural variations in size, shape, or color are normal and are not considered defects.

Delivery Delays & Attempts

Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to bad weather, heavy traffic, political disruptions (strikes), or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively update you via call, SMS, or email.

Failed Delivery Attempts: An order is considered successfully attempted if:

The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient is unavailable or the premises are locked.
The recipient refuses the order or does not respond to calls/messages.
The order is accepted by security, reception, or a neighbor on the recipient’s behalf.

In cases where delivery cannot be completed despite prior coordination, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
