Carefully Sourced Quality: We supply healthy, carefully selected plants sourced directly from our trusted farm or nursery partners. Each plant is thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure it is free from visible pests and diseases at the time of handover.
Handover Protocol: Upon completion of any setup or one-time service, our gardening team will hand over the garden in pristine condition and provide tailored watering and care instructions for your specific plants.
Customers must inspect all plants and works immediately upon completion. Any issue, damage, or dissatisfaction regarding the installation, service quality, or plants must be reported to Yoidentity within 48 hours of completion. Because plants are living, natural species, we cannot replace, refund, or compensate for any plants or services reported after this 48-hour window.
Post-Handover Care: Once our team hands over the garden, daily maintenance, watering management, and environmental monitoring are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any plant damage or death caused by improper watering habits (such as overwatering, underwatering, or stagnant waterlogging).
Understanding Nature’s Exceptions: As plants are living organisms, individual plant performance may vary due to biological and environmental factors. Despite proper care, some plants may naturally decline or fail to establish. This natural variation is expected in horticulture and does not indicate poor plant quality or improper care by our team.
If our professional gardener applies any organic/chemical medicine, pesticide, or fungicide spray during your service:
The customer must ensure safe, uninterrupted, and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. The work area should be reasonably cleared of obstacles, pets, or hazards before the gardener arrives. Additional waiting time or a rescheduled visit due to inaccessible premises may attract extra charges.
While our team takes reasonable care during maintenance, Yoidentity cannot guarantee the survival or recovery of plants that were already unhealthy, diseased, pest-infested, root-bound, or physically damaged prior to our visit. Expert recommendations are based on the plant’s current condition, but recovery remains dependent on biological factors.
If the customer requests the use of their own soil, pots, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, or plants, Yoidentity is not responsible for any damage, poor plant performance, tool breakage, or service outcomes resulting from the use of those materials.
Official Bookings Only: All service bookings, scheduling, payments, and communication must be routed strictly through Yoidentity. If a customer bypasses our company and directly contacts, hires, or deals with any of our gardeners or staff for private work, Yoidentity is 100% NOT liable for any loss, damage, theft, poor workmanship, or disputes arising from such private transactions.
Yoidentity reserves the right to suspend or cancel any active, scheduled, or recurring service if our staff experiences abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, or if the working environment poses a safety risk to our team.
Weather Delays: Gardening services may be delayed or rescheduled due to heavy rain, storms, flooding, extreme heat, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Yoidentity’s control.
Service Warranty: Yoidentity guarantees the quality of workmanship performed during the booking. Due to changing environmental conditions, we do not provide ongoing survival warranties unless explicitly mentioned for a specific plant or premium package.
Our team may take photographs before and after the service for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and customer support. We will never intentionally capture personal or sensitive areas unrelated to the gardening work.
